You cannot disable the download option in Hue per user. A more plausible way to not allow any specific path download would be to simply deny the user permission to read or write to the HDFS directory itself.
So far, I've tried logging in and out of iTunes in Settings. I've tried downloading/installing on a different wi-fi network and I've tried downloading/installing the app using cellular data. I also signed out of iTunes and tried a forced reboot and then signed in again. Nothing has worked.

ZHA component has the ability to automatically download and perform OTA (Over-The-Air) firmware updates of Zigbee devices if the OTA firmware provider source URL for updates is available. OTA firmware updating is set to disabled (false) in the configuration by default.
You can choose if the IKEA, LEDVANCE, SALUS, or INOVELLI provider should be set to enabled (true) or disabled (false) individually.
