In July 2009, the song was offered as a free download on Kesha's Myspace page for over a month before its official sale release. The song was later released to iTunes on August 7, 2009 and on August 25, 2009 in the United States. Barry Weiss of RCA/Jive Label Group relied on a similar marketing scheme to that of Britney Spears' in 1999 when choosing to give the song away for free. The song's marketing relied heavily on radio once she had achieved a strong online interest, but its radio release was delayed until October in order to capitalize on social media interest in her. The song quickly topped iTunes charts after.[13] The song appeared in the film Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. It was also featured in the notorious "couch gag" for the television show The Simpsons.

Google Assistant can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone, laptop, smart speaker, car, watch, TV, and other smart devices. It can identify a song just by asking it what is playing.
Many of the song identification programs and music recognition apps will show you information on the song, artist, album, and where to purchase or download the song. Shazam lets you purchase and download songs directly, for instance.
Others will connect you with popular music platforms, such as Apple Music, iTunes, or Amazon Music, where you can buy and download songs. Some subscription-based streaming services will let you download songs to play back later as well.
It would be more convenient & user friendly if the files could be downloaded as a Torrent file. Some files of Khan Academy are available as Torrent file. If all the files could be downloaded in this Torrent method, it would be really nice.

I used eyeD3 the other day with a lot of success. I found that it could add artwork to the ID3 tag which the other modules I looked at couldn't. You'll have to install using pip or download the tar and execute python setup.py install from the source folder.
After trying the simple pip install route for eyeD3, pytaglib, and ID3 modules recommended here, I found this fourth option was the only one to work. The rest had import errors with missing dependencies in C++ or something magic or some other library that pip missed. So go with this one for basic reading of ID3 tags (all versions): 2ff7e9595c
